Welcome to English A Level help at bethkemp.co.uk

This site offers specific support for AQA A English Language at AS and A2, and for AQA A English Language and Literature (Lang-Lit) at A2.  The Frameworks section will also be of help for any English Language or Lang-Lit course.

I update this site fairly regularly, so do pop back from time to time to see what’s new.

Work for 6th February:
Language: here’s a powerpoint about the Investigation, which I was going to show you today. We’ll talk about this on Thursday, so do look through it and note down any questions for me. Also keep working on your Intervention draft.
Lang-Lit: here’s a past exam paper. I want you to do the Cupcakes question, based on Forty - When the Baby Was Born. Please do both the recast and the commentary as best you can and be ready to hand these in for marking next lesson (tomorrow or Weds, depending on the group you’re in).
